Dear guests
We have put together a selection of grape juices with great care and passion, which should give you an idea of the enthusiasm of the winegrowers we value for their products. Anyone who, like us, has once looked into the shining eyes of a cellar master or winemaker who treats his product like a beloved child, knows why wine is not wine after all. We have talked to every German winegrower who presents his wine here, tasted the fruits of his labour and found them good.
Now all that remains is for us to wish them as much pleasure in enjoying these great wines as we had.
Ask us for our recommendation. We will be happy to share our experience with you.
Enjoy the last drops from our treasure trove

All wines on this selection contain sulphur dioxide/ sulphite
Sulphites are naturally produced in small quantities (10-30 mg/l) during the alcoholic fermentation of wine. Since the end of the 18th century, the antimicrobial and antioxidant effects of sulphur have been known. Since that time, the addition of sulphur has been firmly established in wine production worldwide. Quantities of sulphur dioxide between 90-400 mg/l are used in wine. Sulphur dioxide (SO2) is added to wine in gaseous form, in an aqueous solution, as “sulphur powder” (potassium disulphite), in the form of tablets or, as in the past, by burning out barrels containing sulphur chips.
Sulphites make it possible to store wines for longer periods of time without the wines completely “tipping over” due to oxidation. They also prevent undesired secondary fermentation in the bottled bottle in the case of residual sweet wines, as they effectively prevent micro-organisms (such as yeasts) from doing their work.
