The Erbenhof restaurant offers you a vegetarian variation of the classic Thuringian dumpling, for example on delicious chanterelles or Thuringian apple vegetables. Alternatively, gnocchi are also available. Just ask our staff.

Our organic assortment of herbs, vegetables and berries is from Gäa certified cultivation. According to the availability at our producers we adjust our menu seasonally. In our restaurant you can expect many fresh and seasonal offers. Come and visit us!
We also offer seasonal salad plates, for the small appetite or as a vegetarian appetizer. All salads are served with our fresh homemade baguette. Of course, we are also happy to cater to your special request.
