with fried chanterelles and deep-fried leek

Interpreted in the Erbenhof style, fresh and with regional ingredients

*Thuringian dumplings consist of half raw and half cooked potato dough. To prevent the dumplings from turning green when exposed to air, the dumpling dough is traditionally sulphurised by burning off sulphur threads.

At the Erbenhof you can have breakfast individually; the best croissants in town with a coffee are a good start to the day.
